How do you inspire some of the world’s most inspirational creative VIPs? That was our challenge for The Adobe Max Executive Reception–an invite-only event for the world’s most cutting edge and innovative leaders, designers and Chief Creative Officers. With color as our inspiration, we delivered FILTER–a full sensory experience that embraced the concept of how filters alter and enhance our perception of the world around us and celebrated the wide and creative influence of this exclusive group.
Create an unforgettable experience that would surprise and delight 350 of the world’s top trendsetters. We named the event FILTER, reflecting how color is integral to the design world and shapes how we think about the spaces around us.
The full prism of color was integrated throughout the space. An Ombré styled, neon-lit freight elevator brought guests to the main loft space where they were greeted by floor-to-ceiling cellophane walls.
Three massive artist installations, called HYBOCOZOs, anchored the space and emitted multi-colored projected shadows throughout the venue. Two different custom portrait experiences let attendees promote their personal brand: A custom Vanity Fair-like photo studio produced light and dark hued duotone photo ops.
An aura-reading photo booth, based on the 1970s camera built by Guy Coggins that captures the electromagnetic field (aura) around someone, tells their story through colors. Cold-rolled ice cream, appetizers and cocktails with glowing ice cubes enhanced the sensory experience.
